What the terms will cover

When published, this document will describe:

• Who can use FoundEcho and the minimum age requirement
• What the app is and is not — it is a platform for connecting finders and losers, not a lost-and-found service or guaranteed recovery service
• Rules about what can and cannot be reported (e.g. dangerous or suspicious items are out of scope)
• Your responsibility for the accuracy of the reports you create
• How ownership claims work and what acceptance means
• What FoundEcho is responsible for and what it is not
• The rules around blocking, reporting abuse, and account suspension
• What happens to your account and data when you delete your account
• Governing law and dispute resolution

The app is currently in development and not accepting real users. The terms will be finalized before the first public release.
